To download the video on a Windows machine:
 
Right Click Here.  In the drop-down menu, click on Save Target As.  This will bring up the Save window.  Choose the location you want to save the video to and click the Save button. Once the video has downloaded completely, double-click on the downloaded file to play.
 
To download the video on a Mac:

Right Click Here.  In the drop-down menu, click on Download Linked File As... This will bring up the Save As window.  Choose the location you want to save the video to and click the Save button. Once the video has downloaded completely, double-click on the downloaded file to play.
